Comfortable Stay with Wonderful Amenities
The outdoor heated pool was a hit with the kids after a day at the beach. Make sure to ask for extra blankets at check-in. The staff is eager to accommodate. Highly recommend for families!

The booked room was bright and attractive with a view. A shower, hair dryers and bath sheets were available there. The location of the hotel was unbeatable, in a nice area. Local fast food option Dunkin' was 10 minutes walk away.

Clean and cozy spot near everything!
We just spent 2 nights in this cute little spot and it was awesome! The owners are super nice, and the place is sparkly clean. Loved chillin' by the outdoor pool after a long day. Plus, it's right near the beach! Just wish the picnic area had more shade.

Its stuff was ACCOMMODATING and supper friendly. We booked queen room that was complete with fridge as advertised. The location was central, near to restaurants and shopping, beaches and restaurants and a couple more bars of soap in the bathroom.

It was an excellent fit for a short stayover in Wells with great value-to-price ratio. The pool was a nice amenity after a long day. Make sure to check out Ogonquit Beach for a better experience.

a comfy stay with nice perks
The king room was clean with comfortable bedding. Air conditioning worked great. The shower had good pressure, and the bathroom included body soap and shampoo. A microwave and fridge were super handy. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool, and we enjoyed our coffee on the porch. Staff were friendly at check-in.

I found it super convenient to explore the beautiful Marginal Way with its fine coastal views, and there were so many delicious dining options within a short walk like great seafood spots nearby. It was also nice to have a clean and cute space to relax after long days of strolling around. I recommend checking the bathroom layout if you have mobility concerns, but overall, the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel was clean and well maintained.
The mattress was uncomfortable and made it hard to sleep. The room had a musty smell that was quite off-putting. I also found the bathroom very cold with no extra blankets provided, leaving me shivering at night.
